  • 250g of ground meat
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the minced meat in a pan with some oil, add the finely chopped shallot, parsley, salt, and pepper, cook over low heat while stirring with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Let cool.
  2. Place two brick leaves on a work surface and spoon two tablespoons of the filling onto each, make a small well in the center and place an egg in it. Fold the sides of the leaves, then fold the remaining sides to form a square. Fold the square diagonally to form a triangle.
