  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 200g grated red cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface into a large rectangle. Cut it into bands that are 7cm long and 1.5 wide.
  2. In a bowl, combine the egg yolk with the sour cream until smooth.
  3. Using a paintbrush, brush the puff pastry bands with the mixture of egg yolk and sour cream. Sprinkle each band with grated red cheese, pressing it gently with your hand to ensure the cheese adheres well to the bands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes, until the bands are golden brown.
